HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?

I am able to accept the following forms of payment:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You will receive a confirmation email upon booking and a reminder email will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  You are able to cancel via the link in the emails or you can contact Trayah directly.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend at all, you MAY be charged at 50% of the treatment price.  Appointments are NOT to be passed to friends or family.  This is to ensure fairness to those on the wait list.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

Yes! If you know someone who you would like to give the gift of wellness to - get in touch HERE and a gift certificate can be posted or collected (by prior arrangement)! 

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHICH MASSAGE TO CHOOSE?

That’s ok – feel free to call me on 0466 238 788 and I am more than happy to have a chat with you about options.  If I don’t answer – please leave a message and I will return your call as quickly as possible.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

If you have booked for a Deep Tissue/Sports or Remedial Massage, please bring or wear clothes that do not restrict your movement and maintain your dignity eg. shorts/leggings.  It may be that part of your treatment may also involve stretches.  

DO YOU GIVE HEALTH REBATES?

Yes – I have a Provider Number for most health funds including Medibank and AHM.  I also have a HICAPS machine to ensure seamless payment and refunds following your treatment.

WHAT IF I'M NOT MAKING PROGRESS WITH TREATMENT?

This is really important to me.  If we’re not seeing improvement, we re-assess your treatment plan together.  Following a handful of appointments, if we’re still not happy with improvements, I will be happy to refer you on to a specialist or GP for imaging and further assessment etc.   Just remember though – if you have suffered symptoms for several months – improvements may take a number of appointments.  

CAN MY CHILD/CHILDREN SIT AND WAIT FOR ME?

Unfortunately, not.  Trayah implements and abides by a number of policies and procedures including Workplace Health & Safety.  I do not have the facility to ensure the safety of little people and, as a result, it is requested you attend on your own.
